Return & Refund Policies

 Returns

At SamuraiPrinting.com we gladly accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after initial delivery. For returns, product must no show wear/tear, it must be unuse, it also must come in original package. Please send us your receipt/invoice number. Please ask our customer service info@samuraiprinting.com to make sure you send the package to the right address.

 

Further note: We do not accept returns on customized products unless its faulty. One of our team members will make that determination.

 

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your delivery. If you have returned your items via a tracked courier service, please track your item before contacting Customer Service to be sure your item has been received by us. We will send a confirmation email once your return has been finalized.

Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.

  

Cancellations

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days, check your bank account, we do not have control over your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@samuraiprinting.com
